With experience in the arts, community, and entertainment sectors globally, Sarah has facilitated meditation and workshops in energetic awareness and co-directed two profit-for-purpose companies in Brisbane. She's also a program manager at Impact Boom.

  • Steve Williams: Founder of the wellness social enterprise MindFlowGrow, Steve is a qualified yoga and meditation teacher. His passion for mindfulness has driven him to design retreats and programs that support changemakers. Steve’s expertise lies in creating environments that foster well-being through yoga and meditation.

  • Al Jeffery: Co-founder of Turning Ground, Al supports Melbourne’s transition to a regenerative future by enhancing resilience, courage, and hope among individuals and communities. Through integrative psychotherapy and community programs, Al works to empower communities to respond effectively to contemporary challenges.
